Delivery charges are on a per item basis based on weight, destination and shipment method. These charges are indicated during checkout.
Upon credit approval and address verification, orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays). Delays may occur during promotional periods or sales. You can check the status of your orders by clicking Orders under My Account. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to our delivery partner’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment.
All "Pre-Order" items are subject to production lead times, which vary depending on the type of item. We will be in touch with you via email regarding the status of your order.
Once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.
SHIPPING WITHIN HONG KONG
Orders to residential and business addresses will be dispatched via local courier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Gains Club ships to most countries using Hong Kong Post or Fedex. We expect international orders to arrive within 10-30 business days, depending on the location.Once shipped, notification is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive shipment notice within a week of your order, please check your spam folder. Gains Club is not responsible for delays caused by the shipper or customs, or packages lost due to errors in the address provided.If the buyer refuses delivery, the buyer is responsible for all return duties and taxes. Return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
