RETURNS

If you would like to return a defective product, please submit a request at our Returns Center. 

Please note the conditions of return:

• Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags and labels and in the condition originally sold.
• We cannot offer refunds on shipping, duties or taxes paid.
• Discount/promo/VIP codes used are ineligible for return or credit.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Final Sale or Special, Custom Order items.
• No returns or exchanges allowed on consumables, headwear or undergarments.

We recommend that customers ship items along with the return form using a trackable shipping method to the address below. We are not responsible for damage or theft of returned goods in transit.
